zip zap zoop was an artistic happening/creative party at the university of ottawa’s visual arts department at the end of the 2023 spring semester. originally conceived as a “campy, artistic, alien invasion” by the fictional alien duo citron and banana (performance personas of artists mia guertin-crête and nilofer rauha), zip zap zoop became an opportunity for likeminded artists to come together and showcase the slightly absurd.
